Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects customers, users, and third parties from unlawful, abusive, or unsafe uses of Soltechn ERP, its portals, integrations, messaging, automations, and API. It forms part of the service rules.
Who it applies to
It applies to customers, users, integrations, and third parties that access Soltechn ERP, its public portals, or resources exposed through an API. The organization must communicate these rules to the people it authorizes.
Prohibited content and activities
The service may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
- Hosting or distributing malware, unlawful content, or materials that infringe intellectual property or privacy.
- Impersonating others, obtaining credentials through deception, or recording information without authorization.
- Using the service to harass, discriminate, threaten, or harm other people.
Messaging and communications
Sending spam, bulk communications without a legal basis, messages with a forged sender, or campaigns without a reasonable opt-out mechanism is prohibited. The organization must retain evidence of consent or the basis authorizing each campaign.
Security abuse
Attempting to access other accounts or data, bypass controls, intercept communications, exploit vulnerabilities, run unauthorized scans, or conduct social engineering against users or support personnel is prohibited.
Security research requires prior authorization and must be reported through the official channel to avoid affecting data or availability.
Responsible use of resources and APIs
Degrading the service through disproportionate traffic, automations, queries, files, or processes; evading technical limits; extracting information in bulk without authorization; or using Soltechn to attack third-party systems is prohibited.
Integrations must respect the limits, authentication methods, and batch-processing mechanisms defined for each API.
Reporting, investigation, and measures
Abuse or vulnerability reports should be sent to the official contact email with enough evidence to investigate. Soltechn may temporarily limit the affected function or account while containing an actual risk.
Measures will be proportionate to the risk and may include a warning, remediation request, limitation, suspension, or termination under the agreement and the law. When possible, the customer may provide context or request a review.
